This 1925 home in Mount Kisco is one of five designed and built by Lillian Greneker, whose works are now curated in Harvard’s Arthur and Elizabeth Schlesinger Library.
The Hen & the HiveThe Hen & the Hive

Celebrating eighteen years of gardening at Hen and the Hive, we have tackled blending open flowerscapes, wildflower meadow paths, and woodlands.

The garden consists of several garden rooms on different elevations. There are a considerable variety of boxwoods and other broadleaf evergreens, most notably mountain laurel.
Westchester County Open Days Details:
Admission to each private garden is $10 per person and children 12 and under are free.
