Northern Westchester Mom: How did Wings of Resilience Healing come about and what are all of the amazing services that you
offer?

After the loss of both of my parents over the last several years, I felt inspired to start the practice
of yoga, eventually, in 2021, becoming a yoga teacher. I found myself on a spiritual journey
seeking support as I navigated through my grief. I used reiki to heal myself and became a reiki
practitioner. I created a great tribe of healers around me to help me through the darkest time of
my life. I decided that the best way to honor my parents was to create a business to help others
with their healing. I offer yoga for small groups and individuals, reiki, and coaching services.

Northern Westchester Mom: How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?

I have met so many amazing healers and others on a spiritual journey that have supported me,
guided me, and attended my classes and workshops. It is a great honor for me to give back to
the community I grew up in, that has given so much to me since I was a small child.
