About Me

  • Origin: Suburbs of Chicago, IL
  • Current Town: Chappaqua (resident for 9 years)
  • Children: Two kids — son (10 years old) and daughter (8 years old)

Community Involvement

I volunteer with both the Seven Bridges Middle School PTA and the Roaring Brook Elementary School PTA. Being involved in the community is important to me — knowing the teachers, students, and the environment our children are part of makes a real difference. As we all know, it truly takes a village, and having local parents and neighbors you can lean on means everything.

Fun Fact

I’m a twin, which might explain my competitive streak.

Special Thanks

My husband is an amazing partner — patient, supportive, and always understanding when I need a little break!

Favorite Activities with My Children

  • Playing tennis
  • Hitting the slopes together

  • Movie nights with popcorn

Impact of the Community

My business has grown in awareness through word of mouth, which truly speaks volumes. When people believe in what you’re doing, they naturally share it. Being part of the community encourages people to support local businesses, and that support has meant so much to me.

About Better Body Pulse

Better Body Pulse is an EMS personal training business that uses electrical muscle stimulation to activate muscles immediately — delivering the equivalent of a 2–3 hour strength-training workout in just 20 minutes. I created the business to help people get fit, stay fit, and enhance their overall fitness & longevity. EMS offers an effective, efficient way to train for all fitness levels — whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to break through a plateau, short on time, or simply want to stay strong and healthy.

Managing Mom Life

Organization is key! Between changing client schedules and family life, staying organized — and asking for help when needed — is what keeps everything running smoothly.
