Pilates with Taisha: My name is Taisha and I am the owner and instructor for Pilates with Taisha! Pilates has truly changed my life! After practicing Pilates, I quickly noticed a significant change in myself. Not just physically, but mentally as well. My mind was calmer, my posture improved, my body aches no longer existed, and my body felt stronger than ever! With my passion for fitness and love for meeting new people, I knew immediately teaching Pilates was something I had to pursue! Enabling my clients to transform their lives through Pilates and reach new levels of strength and wellness is incredibly fulfilling! Being able to change a clients life through Pilates is what I strive for.

Pilates with Taisha: After teaching classes for over a year, I realized how much more I can offer my clients in a one-on-one session. The benefits of privacy, catered individual instruction, and schedule flexibility were too overwhelming to ignore
