What are you doing for the holidays?
We are living with my sister, and she loves the holidays so she already bought the biggest tree she could find. We plan on decorating it for her 40th birthday this weekend with the kiddos. And we will also be celebrating Hanukkah as well which is more low key for us—just some good food and lighting the menorah nightly.
Sounds great! What is new for your business this season?
We are so excited to be launching a few items this holiday season. Our trilogy sets feature combinations of some of our post popular shades. And we will also finally be launching our first home fragrance candles. I honestly love them both so much it’s hard to choose but A Night In Ayllón has notes of bergamot, oud, tonka, and sandalwood and has a holiday vibe and Calmez Vous is full of coconut, patchouli and Palo santo, very deep and warming. We also just launched at retailers, most notably, Shen Beauty in Brooklyn, C.O. Bigelow in Manhattan, Trellis Spa in Texas, Reed Clarke in LA, and Neiman Marcus.
Congrats! What are your most popular items?
While we are a beauty brand first I like to think of ourselves as a true lifestyle brand. Jewelry has always been a passion of mine which is why we worked closely with a jewelry designer to design and produce our capsule collection. Most items are made to order and are super unique. It’s hard to choose but the Arc Ring with Diamonds and the Bar Earringsare Two of my favorite pieces. Our Trilogy Sets are in high demand as well as our candles. I am very proud of the set de created with the nonprofit foundation, GLAM4GOOD, it includes a glass
file/shiner, a sustainable canvas wristlet, our most popular shade The Perfect Red, and our longwearing topcoat. 50% of net proceeds help support their foundation. And our lip scrub was just featured by Violette dubbed as one if her favorite products! Such an amazing surprise. She’s the global beauty director or Estée Lauder.
