With three kids, I’m always looking for age-appropriate, fun, and durable clothing for my busy girls. While we have our tried and true staples, we just discovered another brand to add to the mix with the adorable collection from PixieLane.
Created by LA-based mamas and friends Kristen Uppal, Lori Price, and Danit Benito who combined their love of fashion, work, and their kids to create a company where other moms could become consultants and sell PixieLane in their own communities.
Through this personalized shopping experience, consultants have the opportunity to create their own businesses by selling via social media, at local pop-up shops, and through at-home parties. Recently, we had the chance to learn more about this innovative business model from local mama of two, Mollie Meyer aka PixieLane Mollie.
Mollie started out as a consultant a year ago and has quickly grown her chapter, so much so that she was one of the top sellers last year. To get a better understanding how it works, we visited Mollie in her house in Chappaqua to learn more about the brand and what she sells.

It’s easy to find her! While the “store” is in her house, PixieLane Mollie can deliver to local residents, which is an incredible option for last-minute gifting or holidays that always seem to creep up. She also hosts local house parties and can have customers come to her home for a one-on-one shopping experience. She also has a fantastic Instagram where she shares her inventory, including some limited-edition finds.
She has a fantastic inventory: During her visit, I was amazed by all of the selections featuring a wide-range of high-quality leggings, dresses, bodysuits, t-shirts, and more. This included bright, bold and soft fashions featuring cool prints and patterns, made of modal fabric that is soft to the touch. The U.S-made line features sizes 12to18 months to size 12 for boys and girls and nothing is over $40!
She even has a selection of leggings for mamas, including some styles where you match with your mini for a sweet mommy and me look. The beauty of her inventory is that it is constantly revolving and updating with new styles and sizes so you can always find something new for gifting or for your little one.
Kids love PixieLane: I brought my two older daughters to Mollie’s house where we had the chance to look through her inventory. Everything was clearly organized by clothing type and size–making it super easy to peruse through her collection. My older daughter (age 11) is obsessed with jumpsuits and she loved the black/star number; while my middle girl loved the neon leopard hoodie and short set. For my little one, we picked out the bright neon pink checkered Summer dress that comes in sizes 2/3 to size 7.
They are easy to care for: Due to the mature of the soft fabric, Mollie recommended that the clothing could be machine-washed, but should be hung dry to retain its softness.
