Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?

I’m originally from Mahopac, NY and have been living in Somers for the past 6 years. It’s truly an amazing
place to raise a family

Child(ren) and Age(s)?

Jordana (11 months)

One thing people would be surprised to know about you….

Most people see the calm, structured side of what I do professionally, but at home it’s a very different
story – three little kids, constant movement, and a lot of noise. I actually thrive in that mix of chaos and
structure.

Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?

My husband, without a doubt – we’re truly a team, and his support makes everything possible. I’m also
incredibly grateful for our local family and friends who have been such a strong support system. Having
that village has made all the difference in navigating both parenthood and running a business.

Favorite things to do with your children?

I love the simple, everyday moments – playing outside, going for walks, going to the playground, hanging
out with local families and friends, or just being together at home. Sometimes it’s less about big plans
and more about being present in those small, meaningful moments.

How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?

This community has been incredibly supportive. So many of my referrals come from local families,
schools, therapists and providers, which means a lot to me. There’s a real sense of trust here and I feel
lucky to be part of it both personally and professionally.

Tell us about your work and what you have coming up new and exciting?

I’m a licensed psychologist specializing in neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations for
children, adolescents, and young adults. I help families better understand their child’s learning,
attention, and emotional needs -whether that’s ADHD, anxiety, learning differences, or diagnostic clarity.
What’s exciting right now is continuing to grow my private practice and working more closely with local
families and school districts. I’m also expanding opportunities for parent guidance and school-based
collaboration, which I’m really passionate about.

Tell us about your mom life and how do you balance it all?

Balance is definitely a work in progress. Some days feel seamless and others feel like total chaos. I try to
be intentional with my time, set boundaries where I can, and remind myself that it doesn’t have to be
perfect to be working.

How can we learn more about how to work with you?

The best way is through my website, drnicolecrispinelli.com, where you can learn more about the
services I offer and reach out directly. I’m always happy to connect and answer questions to see if I’m the
right fit for your family.
